This app ("Gita & Mahabharata", run by Indianappguy Tech Pvt Ltd) lets ChatGPT search public-domain religious texts. It has no accounts and no login.

What we receive

When ChatGPT calls one of the app's tools, we receive the tool's inputs: a short search phrase written by the model (for example "fear of failure"), or a chapter and verse number. We do not receive your name, email, ChatGPT account, chat history or any other part of your conversation.

What we store

We keep a log of tool calls: the tool name, the search phrase, the top matching reference and the time. We use it to improve search quality and to understand which topics people look for. We do not store IP addresses in this log. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses briefly to prevent abuse (rate limiting) and keeps standard request logs for a limited period.

Please do not put personal or sensitive information in your questions; the model usually turns them into a short topic before calling us, but anything it sends becomes part of the log above.

What we don't do

We don't sell data, show ads, use trackers or cookies, or build profiles. We don't share the log with anyone except our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare, Inc.).

Retention and deletion

Tool-call logs are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Because the log has no user identity we can't link an entry to you, but if you believe something you sent should be removed, write to hey@sanskartiwari.io with the phrase and approximate time and we'll delete it.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13.
